Our process begins with either a quote over the phone for most homes or for larger homes we can arrange a free, no obligation, visit to quote for the work required.
When we arrive to carry out the work we’ll inspect the areas to be cleaned before moving any items that we may need to clear out of the way.
We will then vacuum thoroughly with our commercial Sebo BS360 industry leading vacuum cleaner. This stage helps to remove as much dry soil from the carpet as possible to allow our cleaning solution to get to work on the well worked-in soils.

Our solution is then applied to the carpet using a sprayer and worked in with our contra-rotating brush system. The cleaning solution is worked deep into the pile while at the same time reviving the pile.
The next stage is to thoroughly rinse the carpet using our powerful rinse extraction machine. We use as few wet passes as required to ensure we don’t over wet your carpet as well as making multiple dry passes to extract as much moisture as we can. Any remaining spots are treated individually as we go.
If required we can apply speed drying air movers to help your carpets dry even quicker though this isn’t always required as we generally leave carpets so that they will dry within a couple of hours of being cleaned.
